Please read instuctions below as well as the above agreement terms before downloading. By downloading, you agree to the terms of our agreement (Agreement).

Source files

BudgIt, a 14 Megabyte Source of MS Access source files (data and aplication mdbs), documentation and agreement files. Download only if you agree to the terms of our agreement! To run the application you need to install the runtine Access2000 and setup files steps 1 to 3 below. The source is based on access 2000 syntax and requires some OCX/libraries to execute.

Runtime
STEP 1 If you do not have MS Access 2000 Runtime and want to try the 2000 version below.
Ms Access 2000 download runtime files link. You do not need to obtain separate MSAccess2000 licenses per PC.

For ACCESS 2000 Users:
STEP 2 Download (18 megs) FULL NON-Expiring Multi User Version. Please Unzip this in c:\Budgit directory otherwise it will not work (the BudgIT_CLIENT.mde file is the client application, the other BudgIT_DATA.mdb file is the shared database. Once installed the data can be moved to your server (See [Move data Location] within application login screen.). Read the Readme files instructions included in this zip file.

STEP 3 IF you have MS Access 2003, you still need to install steps 1 and 2 above, since the application still uses some of the orlder libraries/files.
For Access 2003 version: Please Unzip this in c:\Budgit directory otherwise it will not work (the BudgIT_CLIENT.mde file is the client application, the other BudgIT_DATA.mdb file is the shared database. Once installed the data can be moved to your server (See [Move data Location] within application login screen.). Read the Readme files instructions included in this zip file.

Installation Steps:
Again, make sure you have MS Access 2000 or runtime files installed on target PC.
To Install Application:
1. Copy the zip file to c:\BudgIT drive and folder.
2. Unzip it into c:\BudgIT This will create three files.
3. Execute the file setup.exe. This will install the MS Access BudgIt. Make sure to set the destination to c:\budgIT . The install will display a large button with a PC Icon at the top left corner, click it.
5. Click BudgIT_CLIENT.mde or open it using MS Access 2000, or use [Start]-->[Programs] to find BudgIt or Corporare Budgeting Software application.
6. Enter user= vic password= pass (case sensitive).
7. Unzip BudgITdocumentation.zip into c:\BudgIT\BudgItDocumentation folder (FIRST --> you need to create this folder).
8. To view documentation from the application, click the [?] on the menu bar. You need to have MS Word or the MS Word Viewer (See our site on how to obtain this.)
This application also uses Microsoft Word documents for online context sensitive [?]-icon help. If you do not have Microsoft Word, the following links will allow you to download the Word Viewer. You can also examine the downloadable documentation without running it with this viewer.
